OpNote - Administrative Reports
OpNote has several Administrative Reports. This article will provide an overview of each report.
An OpNote user account will need one of the following administrative roles to view the Administrative Reports:
Analyst: Users having access to only Administrative Reports
Access Control: System Administrators who have access to everything in OpNote
Administrative Reporting Measures
Use this report to slice and dice various administrative measures — number of reports, surgeons, turnaround time, and more. Tabulate by template, surgeon, month, and year.
Filter Reports
Include reports with dates from: Enter the range of dates you would like to report on.
Include Templates: If no templates are checked, the system will assume all should be included. If you want to run for certain templates, enter a check in the box next to each that should be included on the report.
Include Surgeons: If no surgeons are checked, the system will assume all should be included. If you want to run for certain surgeons, enter a check in the box next to each that should be included on the report.
Include Sites: If no sites are checked, the system will assume all should be included. If you want to run for certain sites, enter a check in the box next to each that should be included on the report.
Choose Data Table Options
Row Headers: Select the desired row header for your report — surgeon, site, month, year, or template.
Column Headers: Select the desired column header for your report — surgeon, site, month, year or template.
Calculation: Select what you want reported at each row/column — number of reports, average, sum, unique surgeons.
Measure: Only activated if you selected average, sum, or unique surgeons in the Calculation field; select turnaround time in days, number of amendments, number of sections, number of completed sections, percentage of sections completed.
Your report will display to the screen. You can export the report by one of the following options:
Copy: Copies the displayed report to your clipboard
Excel: Exports the report to an Excel spreadsheet
CSV: Exports the report to a CSV file
PDF: Exports the report to PDF
Data Export for Analytics Tools
Use this report to export report data to a CSV file for a specific template and date range.
Look at procedures from: Enter the range of dates you would like to report on.
for algorithm: Select the template you would like to report on.
You will be presented with two download options. Select the desired option to download to a CSV file.
Report Status
Use this report to review signed and unsigned operative reports in OpNote. The report will display OpNote ID, Date of Surgery, Surgeon, Protocol (template), and Status.
Signed: The report has been signed by a surgeon.
Unsigned: The report has not been signed out by a surgeon and needs attention.
Signed, Amendment in Progress: The original report was signed, but there is an amendment to the report that has been started but not signed.
Your report will display to the screen. You can export the report by one of the following options:
Copy: Copies the displayed report to your clipboard
Excel: Exports the report to an Excel spreadsheet
CSV: Exports the report to a CSV file
PDF: Exports the report to PDF
