Clinical and Administrative Roles in OpNote

Clinical User Roles:

• Signing Provider - Can create AND sign out reports
• Resident or Supporting Clinician - Can create reports but CANNOT sign out reports
• Cannot Create or sign out clinical reports - No clinical access in OpNote; cannot create or sign out reports

Administrative  Roles:

• View Reports Only - Able to view Attention Required and Signed Out reports

• Support Staff - In addition to viewing Attention Required and Signed Out reports, able to perform other tasks such as Admitted and Scheduled (not used at Cerner or Epic integrated customers)

• Analyst - Reporting only

Access Control - Access to all options included the ability to create and manage Users
