What if I chose the wrong default when creating my report?
- If you accidentally selected the wrong default for a report, hit Save and Exit on the bottom of your screen. This will bring you back to your Dashboard.
- Locate the report with the incorrect default in the Attention Required column. Click on red "Delete" link on that report (on the bottom). A prompt will appear confirming that you want to delete that report. By clicking OK, you are agreeing to delete the report and any work you may have done on it.
- Hit refresh on your browser. The appointment will now show up in your To Do column. Click New Report and select the correct default you wish to use.
