What if my appointment gets canceled - but is still in to-do?

  • Simply click the red "Cancel" link on that appointment. A prompt will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete this appointment/report from your dashboard. By clicking OK, you are deleting that appointment/report and removing it.
  • Please Note: If you receive your appointments from a scheduler feed or some other system integration, then that appointment will continue to appear every time the system updates until it is canceled within that system/scheduler/etc. Contact the person in charge of scheduling appointments to ensure it is canceled in that system as well.
