If I don't sign the report out immediately, can I go back to Sign Out later?

• Yes. If you have started a report and need to finish at a later time choose Save and Exit located on the lower right side of the screen. Your report will be saved and can be opened on the OpNote Dashboard page. Once a report is signed out, it cannot be edited.
