How do I create a new patient?

If your searches on the Find Patient screen have been unsuccessful, and you verified that the patient is not in OpNote's database, then you can create a new patient. Enter in the information about the patient - Name, Age, Patient ID#, etc. After all information is entered, select "Create" and begin the reporting process.
