Finding a Patient
- Enter the patient MRN and click the Find button or press "Enter."
- Confirm patient identification and click the Go button OR...
- ...If you are an individual user that isn't integrated with your facility's patient registry or if the MRN isn't in OpNote, then manually enter in the patient's information including name, DOB, etc.
- NOTE: This step isn't needed for most OpNote users. In most cases, patients will be preloaded in the appointments. To learn more about integration capabilities and getting the most of your OpNote experience then contact us today!
