How do I associate Users with their Active Directory login?
This answer is for Admins only.
- When setting up users, Admins may want to associate their OpNote accounts with their Active Directory accounts to make log-in easier. Admins can do this either at initial account creation or at any time afterward by going to Manage Users and selecting Edit on that particular user.
- On the User's profile page, on the left hand side, Admins will see a field titled "AD User name."
- Enter in the full Active Directory username and full domain-qualifed username for that user. For example, "smithj" isn't enough, but "cdha\smithj" is correct and will allow the accounts to be associated with each other.
