What do I do when I need to create reports for patients, but I don't see them in my Admitted Patients list?
- If you need to report on a patient, but don't see that patient in your Admitted Patients list, there's a good chance that the patient was admitted to a different physician. But you can still create and complete a report for that user. Under the Operative Reports To Do column, click on the button that says "New Operative Report."
- You will then select which default/template to use to fill out your report. Once you've made your selection, hit "Begin Report."
- You will then enter the MRN, account number or health card number to find the Patient on which you wish to report. Then you will fill out the report as per usual and sign out.
