What's a Discharge Summary? How do I start one?
- Discharge Summaries are additional reports whose content is mandated by regulatory agencies. The Discharge Summaries are different depending on which template was used/which surgical site. In places where the fields/sections are repeating information from the surgical synoptic report, OpNote will bring that information automatically over. Once you've signed out your surgical synoptic report, you'll notice that a Discharge Report To Do is now ready to go for that patient. Click "New Report" to complete that Summary.
