What if I chose the wrong default when creating my report? What if I chose the wrong template?
- If you accidentally selected the wrong default/template for a report, hit Home on the top of your screen. This will bring you back to your Dashboard.
- Locate the report with the incorrect default/template in the Attention Required column. Click on red "Delete" link on that report (on the bottom). A prompt will appear confirming that you want to delete that report. By clicking OK, you are agreeing to delete the report and any work you may have done on it.
- Hit refresh on your browser. The appointment will now show up in your To Do column (if using scheduling) OR the patient will still be in Admitted Patients. Click New Report on that appointment under To Do or New OpNote for that patient under Admitted Patient and select the correct default/template you wish to use.
