How does my appointment move from the "Scheduled" column to the "To Do" column?

How does my appointment move from the "Scheduled" column to the "To Do" column?

• An appointment moves from Scheduled to To Do based purely on date and time. Once the time of the scheduled procedure has passed, it is automatically moved into the To Do column and ready for you to create a report. Please note: This requires either a scheduling feed or someone entering in scheduled appointments. If you are just using Admitted Patients to launch reports, then this does not apply to you.
