How do I find my report?
- Signed Out Reports: If you are looking for a report that was signed out, go to "Signed Out" on the top of your dashboard. This brings you to all of the reports you've signed out. You can filter the view by Month/Year of appointment, adding appointments to the view by clicking "show more" on the bottom of the screen.
- Unsigned Out Reports: If you are looking for a report that was started but not signed out yet, then select "Attention" button on the top of your dashboard. This brings you to all of the reports that require attention (either needs a signature on the original report or on the amendment). You can filter the view by Month/Year of appointment, adding appointments to the view by clicking "show more" on the bottom of the screen.
